Lead Branch Concierge
As Lead Branch Concierge, you are responsible for greeting and addressing customers in the best possible way and ensuring that customers become fans of Migros Bank. You will have the opportunity to help shape the new concierge service and be the face of Migros Bank in the branches as part of the team.
Overview
Lead Branch Concierge (all) - 80 - 100% permanent position (open-ended) - immediately or by arrangementTasks
- You are responsible for the topics for an optimal customer greeting and approach, carrying, handling of valuables and distribution material to ensure high customer satisfaction
- You take an active stakeholder management approach and work closely with sales managers
- In addition to the above tasks, you will support the further development of the infrastructure in our branches
Profile
- 10 years in banking or hotel / gastronomy
- Federal certificate in banking or hotel / gastronomy
- German (business fluent), French (very good knowledge), Italian (basic knowledge), English (very good knowledge)
- Methodological competence in supervision and coaching
