Migros Bank is looking for a Lead Branch Conciurge who, as part of a team, will be the face in the branches and turn customers into fans. The new employee should make the customer visit an experience and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Overview
In this newly created role, you will be involved right from the start. You can get involved and contribute to our new concierge service. Together with your team, you will be the face of our branches and ensure that customers become fans. We are looking for: a personality who is passionate about making customer visits an experience.Tasks
- You are responsible for the topics of an optimal customer welcome and approach, carrying, handling of securities and valuables to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- You bring your experience from banking or the cooperative hotel/restaurant industry You define standards and methods in dealing with customers
Requirements
- 10 years in banking or hotel / gastronomy
- Federal certificate in banking or hotel / gastronomy
- German (business fluent) French (very good knowledge) Italian (basic knowledge) English (very good knowledge)
- Methodological competence in supervision and coaching
