Lead, Software Engineer, Private Capital Technology

Tasks

• Development and maintenance of reusable Capital Trust projects, programs, and miscellaneous items.
• Helping institutional investors gain access to global custody services.
• Implementation and migration of changes related to custodial-safe roles so that clients can invest directly in real and liquid assets as well as structured investments.
• Providing the infrastructure for business operations used by custody managers, support teams, finance, product teams, and investment teams.
• Support the Norton Trust platform's customized consulting experience and/or lead a team of resources, senior solution architects, and project managers.
• Collaboration with platform stakeholders to build enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience working with stakeholders and SQL.
• Experience with Java, TypeScript, Spring, Angular, Java, or Kotlin.
• Knowledge of best practices, including agile project management practices.
• Experience in API design, monitoring, debugging, and networking.
• 3–5 years of experience as a senior engineer.
• Experienced system administrator or CI scripts on Azure/AWS.
• Demonstrable programming and organizational skills.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• The ability to respond to changing priorities that companies set to create new value.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Kotlin, K8S, RabbitMQ, Message Queue, and Postgres.
