Lead, Full-Stack Software Engineer

Tasks

• Responsible for the well-being, development, and delivery of software solutions that support the Customer Onboarding and Risk Management (COLM) platform within Client Development.
• Played a key role in optimizing onboarding and risk management processes, as well as in providing actionable analytics, data pipelines, and dashboards.
• Led a project involving multiple teams and stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) to implement a new, end-to-end, cross-functional, high-performance digital analytics platform.
• Leading the design, development, and implementation of digital software solutions in accordance with business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams while improving best engineering practices.
• Promoting automation, data quality, and risk mitigation in onboarding, identity management, and security automation.
• Ensuring that core entities (customer, transaction, account) and business models are coherent, scalable, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and internal stakeholders to define software use cases and integrate web crawlers with real third-party data.
• Building data pipelines, integrating data with GPT for text analysis, and making forecasts to predict trends.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating technical, operational, and security-related risks by implementing effective controls, automating compliance and governance reviews, and fostering a risk-aware culture.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, security policies, and governance requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack, .NET, and AWS development.
• Extensive experience with Spring Data, REST APIs, microservices, and data integration development.
• Experience with GitOps, CI/CD, Elasticsearch, MCP/Data, and secure enterprise technologies.
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) to understand user input.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Experience with digital products, software companies, and interactive services in financial services environments is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based sponsorship, either now or in the future.
• Available tools: LINGUISTS, PL/SQL, HIVE/SPARK, and other programming languages.

• Salary range: 135,000–185,000 USD (the annual salary is a good estimate of the base salary).
