Lead Technology Risk and Controls - Metrics & Automation
The Northern Trust is seeking a Lead Technology Risk and Controls professional in Prince, India, to lead a team in developing and implementing the technology risk control framework for digital transformation. In this role, the individual will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting technology and digital engineers in creating secure, compliant, and resilient digital funds.
Tasks
- Supporting and mentoring managers in their understanding of technology controls, as well as ensuring compliance with policies and documentation
- Supporting and mentoring business teams in their understanding of technology controls and risks
- Contribution to the overall design, implementation, and operation of the technology risk framework
- Identifying, monitoring, and reporting on emerging risks and threats in the technology environment
- Providing guidance and support to business teams on security, compliance, and operational aspects of technology risk management
- Reporting to Management on the Status of Technology, Risk, and Control Initiatives
