Learning & Development Coordinator with a focus on Front 80-100% (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator with a focus on front office activities, who will be responsible for coordinating and administering training and development programs for relationship managers and other front office staff. The successful candidate should have experience in coordinating training initiatives, stakeholder management, and event logistics.
Tasks
- Management, coordination, and administration of training and development programs for relationship managers and other front-office employees in Switzerland and at the bank's global branches, with a focus on topics such as consulting, sales, products, and services
- Responsibility for training rooms and logistics at the Julius Baer Academy in Zurich, including room furnishings, technical equipment, office and training materials
- First point of contact for internal stakeholders, guest lecturers, and visiting experts by managing visitor registrations, calls, and inquiries on the day of the event
- Collaboration on the monthly onboarding program for new employees, with logistical and on-site support
- Active participation in Julius Baer Academy learning and development initiatives to promote lifelong learning among employees and strengthen the bank's competitive advantage
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent qualification, ideally supplemented by further studies or certificates in business administration, banking, human resources, education, psychology, or adult education.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably with 1-2 years in a corporate learning and development environment, wealth management, or private banking
- Previous experience in front office areas (consulting, relationship management support, customer service) is an advantage.
- Experience in coordinating training initiatives, stakeholder management, and event logistics
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and flexibility to start early (7:00 a.m.) when necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday preferred
- Fluent in German and English
