Learning & Development Officer (VIE) H/F

The Learning & Development Officer is responsible for the organization of skills development within a unit and provides support in conducting training and implementing training plans. The main tasks include identifying needs, planning and implementing training courses and evaluating the results.

Tasks

  • You take on the role of a consultant and participate fully in the implementation of training courses.
  • You implement the training plan: in coordination with the managers, you qualify the training needs (job-related, professional development and/or training with intentional design), in compliance with efficiency deadlines and predictability.
  • You identify the prerequisites and objectives of the training (job-related or professional development) and/or training with intentional design), in compliance with efficiency deadlines and predictability.
  • You control the administrative management of the training: registration, sending out invitations, finalizing training properties.
  • You manage the follow-up of the training: analysis of the results (qualitative and quantitative).
  • You support the team responsible for the resources by implementing the training measures provided for in the training plan and quickly providing resources (training/e-learning).
  • They contribute to the development of L&D training measures within the workforce.
  • They guarantee the quality of the managed dossiers.

Requirements

Education and experience

  • At least a university degree (Bac + 5 / M2 or higher)
  • You have a university education with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • You preferably have initial experience in a bank or HR department.

Skills and knowledge

  • Adaptability: This is the most important quality for this position.
  • You are familiar with the use of e-learning solutions.
  • You are precise, have good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • They are autonomous and can guarantee a high level of reliability.
  • You are known for your sense of responsibility and team spirit.
  • You are a proposal maker and have experience with priorities and project management.
  • They are proactive and have a high level of confidentiality.

IT skills

  • You have experience with Excel and a data-driven profile.
  • You are proficient in common office software (Excel Advanced, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
  • You have experience with a learning management system.

Language skills

  • You are fluent in French and have a very good command of English.
