The position of Learning & Development Program Manager (80–100%, f/m/d) involves the following responsibilities:- Serve as a key partner to senior executives on L&D-related topics and lead needs assessments, design, planning, and delivery of customized development programs that align with strategic priorities and targeted business outcomes.
- Serve as the point of contact for programs or initiatives and work closely with internal subject matter experts to design and deliver training activities.
Requirements
The following requirements apply to this position:- A university degree or equivalent qualification in education, psychology, adult education, or pedagogy, supplemented by additional coursework or certificates in business administration, banking, human resources, education, psychology, or adult education.
- At least 5–7 years of professional experience in a corporate learning and development environment.
- A deep understanding of and experience with adult learning principles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong presentation skills to lead training sessions, meetings, or workshops.
- Strong conceptual and project management skills, such as those required for designing learning solutions or evaluating training programs.
- A reliable, structured, and results-oriented approach to work, combined with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday is preferred.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- A customer-focused mindset with a genuine commitment to service excellence.
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach; someone who takes the initiative and follows through reliably (a “can-do” attitude).
