Learning & Development Program Manager
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager who will serve as the point of contact for executives on learning and development matters and design and implement customized development programs. The ideal candidate has at least 5–7 years of experience in a corporate learning and development environment and excellent communication skills.
Tasks
- Serve as a key point of contact for senior business leaders on L&D-related topics across multiple non-customer-facing functions; lead needs assessments, design, planning, and delivery of customized development solutions aligned with strategic priorities and targeted business outcomes. Leverage existing internal and external resources—serve as the primary point of contact for your programs or initiatives (target audience and all relevant stakeholders). Work closely with internal experts in the design and delivery of training activities.Requirements
- A university degree or equivalent qualification in education, psychology, or adult education, supplemented by additional coursework or certifications in business administration, banking, human resources, education, psychology, or adult education
- At least 5–7 years of professional experience in a corporate learning and development environment
- A deep understanding of and experience with adult learning principles is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong presentation skills to facilitate training sessions, meetings, or workshops
- Strong conceptual and project management skills, such as those required for designing learning solutions or evaluating training programs
- A reliable, structured, and results-oriented approach to work, combined with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday preferred
- Proficient in German and English
- A customer-focused mindset with a genuine commitment to service excellence
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on; someone who takes the initiative and follows through reliably (“can-do” attitude)
