Learning & Development Program Manager (80–100%, f/m/d) – As a key point of contact for senior executives on learning and development topics across multiple non-customer-facing functions, you will lead needs assessments, design, planning, and delivery of customized development solutions that align with strategic priorities and targeted business outcomes. Leverage existing internal and external resources. - As the point of contact for your programs or initiatives (target audience and all relevant stakeholders), you will work closely with internal experts to design and deliver training activities.Requirements
- A university degree or equivalent qualification in education, psychology, or adult education, supplemented by further studies or certifications in business administration, banking, human resources, education, psychology, or adult education. - At least 5–7 years of professional experience in a corporate learning and development environment. - A deep understanding of and experience with adult learning principles is preferred. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to successfully collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Strong analytical skills. - Good presentation skills to lead training sessions, meetings, or workshops. - Strong conceptual and project management skills, e.g., in designing learning solutions or evaluating training offerings. - Reliable, structured, and results-oriented work style with excellent organizational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday preferred. - Proficient in German and English. - Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to service excellence. - Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on; someone who takes the initiative and follows through reliably (“can-do” attitude).We offer
