About this role

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced learning professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the global learning and development strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. The ideal candidate will have **analytical skills**, learning design skills and a passion for development.

Main tasks:

• Assistance in the development and design of the development strategy and objectives
• Support in identifying learning needs
• Support in the recording, design and provision of learning solutions for employees
• Designing the curriculum for globally required training courses, including compliance, information security and HR courses
• Work with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and ensure training solutions meet business requirements
• Partner with HR technology platform teams to drive adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies to improve the learning experience and outcomes
• Support with the learning experience platform for managing learning content/paths
• Partner with various team members to establish metrics and evaluation cycles for learning programs and continuously improve their impact

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, human resources or a related field; a postgraduate degree is preferred
• At least 3 years' experience in learning and development, with proven track record
• Learning design and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong familiarity with learning management systems
• Strong strategic thinking skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong project and time management skills
• Ability to promote innovation
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions
• Above average skills in the Microsoft package, including Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Desire to use AI in daily practice
• Relevant certifications in learning and development, such as CPLP, PMP or similar, are welcome
