Legal & Compliance Officer
LLB (Switzerland) is seeking a Legal & Compliance Officer (80–100%) in Uznach who, with an advanced degree in law and experience in private banking, will implement regulatory requirements and handle inquiries from regulatory authorities. The position offers the opportunity to integrate compliance guidelines into day-to-day operations as part of a small, highly competent team and to further develop your skills in an innovative environment.
Tasks
- Handling all legal and compliance matters relevant to the banking sector
- Processing of inquiries from government agencies and handling related matters (general banking, estate law, loans)
- Implementation of New Regulatory Provisions
- Quality Controls and Monitoring
- Support for internal workshops
- Actively contribute to ensuring that LLB (Switzerland)’s compliance rules, principles, and guidelines are integrated into day-to-day work and consistently implemented
Requirements
- Advanced degree in law, ideally with additional training in compliance
- Experience in Legal & Compliance, particularly in private banking
- Strong IT skills
- Precise and efficient work methods
- Reliability and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
