Job description

Your tasks

• Clarification of fund law issues in connection with Swisscanto funds / Swisscanto investment foundations
• Review of alternative investment funds / risky collective investment schemes - Non-Traditional Investment Products ("NTIP") area
• Preparation and maintenance of contracts and participation in the design of internal bank processes
• Legal support for fund projects (launches, fund contract amendments, etc.)
• Interface to asset management, fund management, product management and point of sale

Your profile

• University degree in law (MLaw), admission to the bar an advantage
• Broad knowledge and practical experience in collective investment law and contract law
• Around 3-5 years of professional experience in legal asset management / collective investment schemes
• Structured thinking, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and adherence to deadlines
• Precise, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Fluent German; good written and spoken English skills
