Legal Counsel Investment FundsYour tasks
- Clarification of fund law issues in connection with Swisscanto funds / Swisscanto investment foundations
- Review of alternative investment funds/risk-bearing collective investment schemes - non-traditional investment products ("NTIP") area
- Preparation and maintenance of contracts and participation in the design of internal bank processes
- Legal support for fund projects (launches, fund contract amendments, etc.)
- Interface to asset management, fund management, product management and point of sale
Your profile
- University degree in law (MLaw), legal experience an advantage
- Broad knowledge and practical experience in collective investment law and contract law
- Around 3-5 years of professional experience in legal asset management / collective investment schemes
- Structured thinking, strong communication skills, resilience and team spirit
- Precise, solution-oriented and independent way of working
- Fluent German; good written and spoken English skills
