LEGAL DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST (TRANSACTION LAWYER) in Frankfurt, working 100% in the Legal & Compliance department.

Tasks

* Drafting legal documents and templates for structured financial products across all asset classes (e.g., final terms and conditions, pricing supplements) * Lead person for multiple base prospectuses * Review of legal documents for structured financial products in accordance with internal and external guidelines * Management of (regulatory) projects and initiatives on behalf of the department * Support in the automation of processes and regulatory documents * Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders (law firms, regulatory authorities, and stock exchanges) regarding legal documentation and related processes * Responding to regulatory inquiries and questions regarding structured financial products in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (e.g., Product Management, Middle Office, Trading) * Providing internal advice regarding the documentation, issuance, and listing of structured products, as well as regulatory and legal implementation issues

Requirements

* Master’s degree in law with a strong interest in law and regulation * Experience in the financial sector * Knowledge of financial derivatives and structured products * Strong interest in complex new legal and regulatory issues * Willingness to further expand knowledge of structured products * Detail-oriented approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to take initiative and work independently in fast-paced environments * Talent for managing personal goals and prioritizing tasks * Fluent in business English and German
