Leonteq is looking for a Legal Documentation Specialist / Transaction Lawyer who will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents for structured finance products. The position offers the opportunity to work in a leading fintech company and contribute to innovative projects.

Tasks
- Drafting of legal documents/templates for structured financial products across all asset classes (e.g. final terms/price supplements)
- Person primarily responsible for several basic prospectuses
- Review of legal documentation for financial products in accordance with internal and external guidelines
- Contribution to (regulatory) projects and initiatives
- Support with the automation of processes and regulatory documents
- Managing relationships with internal and external parties (lawyers, regulators and stock exchanges) with regard to legal documentation and related processes
- Answering regulatory inquiries and questions on financial products together with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. product management, middle office, trading)
- Internal advice on the documentation, issuance and listing of structured products as well as regulatory and legal implementation issues
Requirements
- Master's degree in law or finance/economics with a strong interest in legal and regulatory issues
- Experience in the financial sector
- Knowledge of financial derivatives and structured products
- Strong interest in complex and new legal and regulatory topics
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think proactively and work independently and under pressure, manage own goals and set priorities
- Fluent in English as a business language
