LEGAL DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST / TRANSACTION LAWYER

Tasks
- Drafting legal documents/templates for structured financial products across all asset classes (e.g. final terms/pricing supplements)
- Being the primarily responsible person for several base prospectuses
- Reviewing legal documentation for financial products according to internal and external guidelines
- Contributing to (regulatory) projects and initiatives
- Supporting automation of processes and regulatory documents
- Managing relationships with internal and external parties (law firms, regulators and exchanges) in terms of legal documentation and related processes
- Answering regulatory queries and questions around financial products together with all relevant stakeholders (such as Product Management, Middle Office, Trading)
- Providing internal advice in respect of the documentation, issuance and listing of structured products, as well as regulatory and legal implementation matters
Requirements
- Master degree in law or finance/economics with strong legal and regulatory interest
- Experience in the financial sector
- Knowledge in the area of financial derivatives and structured products
- Strong interest in complex and new legal and regulatory topics
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take initiative and to work independently and under pressure, manage own goals and set priorities
- Proficient in business English
