Payment Transactions Specialist (m/f/d)

Liberty Vorsorge AG is seeking a team-oriented and service-minded individual to serve as a Payment Transactions Specialist (m/f/d) at its Seewen-Schwyz location to ensure the smooth operation of its pension business. The position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including ensuring the smooth processing of payment transactions and handling complex pension cases.

Tasks

In this position of responsibility, you and your team will ensure the smooth operation of our pension business. Through your work, you will make a significant contribution to delivering high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused services. Your diverse responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring that daily payment transactions run smoothly
  • Independent processing of payments (transfers, self-employment, retirements, emigration)
  • Handling complex pension cases (WEF, death, and divorce cases)
  • Recording, verification, posting, and quality assurance of payments
  • Written and telephone communication with internal clients and stakeholders
  • Consultations with pension funds, government agencies, municipalities, and other institutions
  • Participation in projects and active support for process optimization
  • Close collaboration with adjacent teams and mutual coverage
  • Active participation in training sessions and meetings, as well as providing suggestions for improvement

Requirements

Your Profile - What You Bring to the Table:
  • Basic commercial training or equivalent training
  • Experience in the areas of pension planning, back-office operations, or payment processing is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Swiss pension system (BVG / portability / Pillar 3a) is a plus

  • Ability to work well with others and a passion for cross-functional collaboration
