Your tasks

• Management and further development of the team, as well as the recruitment of new employees
• Operation, monitoring and technical parameterization of the various business applications
• Providing new ideas for the further development of software applications
• Planning and organization of analysis approaches and updates
• Support and customer advice on technical system and application-specific issues
• Managing suppliers, stakeholders and customers
• Further development of the application portfolio

Your profile

• Basic commercial training, preferably in the financial sector with corresponding further training at HF level in banking
• Several years of management experience in IT, project management or in the banking environment as well as very good knowledge of financial informatics
• Knowledge of business analysis and the FinnaVora banking system is an advantage
• Management experience in the IT or banking environment
• Excellent communication skills, strong customer and service orientation as well as good English and assertiveness
• Very good analytical skills and expertise in project planning/management
• Efficient, independent and autonomous way of working
