Tasks

• As a member of the bank management, you are jointly responsible for the strategic, entrepreneurial and business management of the bank and, together with your team, actively contribute to the successful further development of our bank.
• You are responsible for the professional and personal management of the organization and consulting department, which focuses on the consulting business based on the credit business.
• Together with your team members, you implement the strategic guidelines of the Board of Directors.
• As an entrepreneurial leader, you recognize potential in a challenging market and develop ideas - also together with your team members - to exploit this potential and ensure the bank's healthy growth.
• In an interesting and changing market environment, you will work with employees to develop customized solutions for our customers.
• You network in the market, acquire new customers and represent the bank in public.
• As deputy to the senior sales and marketing management, you are often present at our branches and actively support the implementation of change processes and projects.

Requirements

• You have a higher education in banking or business administration with appropriate further training in the credit and financing business, including balanced practical experience in a comparable position.
• You are an entrepreneurial personality with several years of management experience and are characterized by your professional skills and abilities at the highest level.
• You can identify with the successful Raiffeisen philosophy of our bank, are communicative, proactive and live an open error culture.
