Tasks

- **Consumer Finance** and **Debt Collection Services** for **optimization** (processes, IT, liquidity, and risk management) - You ensure proactive, open communication and support the sales team in planning and ensuring that targets are met - Together with the leadership team, you further develop our internal processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive digital transformation across our value streams

What you bring with you

- Over 10 years of experience in personal loans and leasing, as well as leadership experience - Bachelor’s degree (e.g., ETH, PH, HF) in business administration, marketing, banking, or finance - German (business fluent) - French (preferred) - Italian (preferred) - English (preferred)
