Head of the Credit Office (m/f/d)
Raiffeisenbank Oberwart is seeking a Credit Office Manager (100%) for a fixed-term or permanent position. The role involves responsibilities in credit management, customer advisory services, process optimization, and market research.
Tasks
- In-depth study of the foundational brochures, indirect counseling in individual and group settings, support, and implementation of key models.
- Development of customized, customer-oriented target groups and implementation of existing market research, market data collection, and database analysis for Raiffeisenbank Hotels.
- Developing business process improvements, strategic planning, and providing support to regional institutions—cross-functional tasks.
Requirements
- A completed degree in business administration or FPD planning from a university, or comparable training.
