Raiffeisenbank Marbach-Rebstein is looking for a Head of Credit Officer / Credit Processing (f/m/d) for the independent analysis and assessment of credit applications as well as the monitoring of customer portfolios. Job description
Tasks
- Independent analysis as well as risk and solution-oriented assessment of loan applications from small and medium-sized corporate clients, real estate or corporate clients; invoice clarifications such as the financing of subsequent and follow-up payments
- Approval of loan applications on its own authority or preparation of the basis for decision-making and recommendation to the responsible authority holder
- Intensive cooperation with client advisors, in particular advice on credit, systemic and regulatory issues and opinions
- Monitoring the positions in the allocated client portfolio
- Preparation and processing of credit transactions; ensuring and complying with regulatory requirements, preparation of contractual documents and further formalities, timely disbursements, clarifications and repayment of credit positions
- Credit administration: management of credit positions; implementation of periodic new approvals, property valuations, data transfer for balance sheet analyses, building credit control and administration of mortgage master data (quality management)
Requirements
- Completed studies, preferably in business administration or finance (university of applied sciences, university or comparable training)
- Several years of professional experience as an advisor and/or credit officer in corporate banking
- Proven experience in loan processing, loan processing and loan monitoring
- Commitment, reliable and communicative personality with strong decision-making and teamwork skills
- Independent, structured way of working to master complex, solution-oriented actions
