Tasks

• Expertise and relevant leadership and development of a team of approximately 40 IT enterprise and cloud architects
• Strategic further development of the IT landscape, comprising approximately 1,000 Raiffeisen applications and about 24,000 terminological objects, based on the enterprise architecture
• Implementation of an IT framework, taking into account business value, state-of-the-art technology, expertise, risks, and costs
• Responsibility for architecture and technology governance, including leading architecture and technology boards
• Ensuring Flexible IT Change Management in an International IT Environment
• Using the Maintenance and Reduction Costs of an Organizational IT Portfolio
• In-depth analysis of the use of architectures, as well as the strategy-oriented deployment and securing of services and tools
• Selection, coordination, evaluation, and implementation of architectural domains, projects, and roadmaps within the framework of architecture governance and technology compliance
• Ongoing development of new assessments, research, and proof-of-concept (POC) projects, as well as migration, cloud, and platform projects
• Experience in agile management, design, and setup of data systems for sourcing, operations, compliance, risk, and portfolio
• Experience with company-wide issues, including communication techniques, as well as the ability to constructively reconcile the differing interests of various departments
