Head of Financial Accounting - Operations

The role

As part of a planned succession plan, we are looking for a committed and experienced manager to head the Financial Accounting - Operations department. Following a thorough and comprehensive induction by the current incumbent, you will assume responsibility for a team of six and a broad range of tasks in the finance and accounting department of BANK-now.

Tasks

• Responsibility for all payment transactions and their clarification, management and control of liquidity movements and cash management
• Operational management of dealer purchase financing (floor plan)
• Support of internal and external audits as responsible representative of the accounting department
• Independent clarification of technical questions

What we wish for

• Completed studies (Uni/FH) with focus on finance
• Initiative and resilient personality
• Several years of management experience in finance
• Sound knowledge of credit approval
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German
