Job description

Tasks:

• Shared responsibility for the strategic, entrepreneurial and business management of the bank
• Professional and personal management and further development of the corporate client business
• Management of own corporate client portfolio
• Needs-based and solution-oriented advice for corporate clients on financial issues
• Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships as part of cross-selling
• Independent work thanks to entrepreneurial freedom (own initiative)
• Targeted acquisition of new customers in the business area
• Performing representative tasks and actively maintaining networks

Requirements:

• Higher education in banking or business administration with appropriate further training
• Proven practical and management experience
• Many years of professional experience in corporate client business
• Ability to work in a team and an entrepreneurial personality with a strong customer focus, an understanding of change and a confident manner
• Solution-oriented, independent and networked thinking
• Strong-willed; drive the division forward together with the team - strongly focused on acquisition
• Regional anchoring desirable
