Head of Männedorf office (f/m/d)

Tasks

• You manage the Männedorf office professionally and in terms of personnel with vision and heart.
• You are responsible for sales, quality and budget targets - and deploy your resources in a targeted manner.
• You are the local face of the bank and actively maintain the local network.
• You advise our private customers on financing, investment and pension issues.
• You manage your own client portfolio with a focus on mortgages and Feuille.
• You win new customers through targeted acquisition.
• You actively contribute to the implementation of our sales plans - with creative ideas and local flair.

Requirements

• Completed banking training with higher specialist training in banking.
• Several years of experience in customer consulting and management - ideally in the private customer sector.
• Sound knowledge of mortgages and financing.
• A confident, winning manner and enjoyment of sales.
• Organizational talent, initiative and team spirit.
• Ideally, you are well connected in the region on the right bank of Lake Zurich.
