Tasks

• You manage the Männedorf office professionally and personally with vision and passion
• You are responsible for the sales, quality and training sections - and deploy your resources in a targeted manner
• You are the face of the bank locally, maintain the network and actively expand it
• You provide our private and business customers with comprehensive advice on financing, investment and pension issues
• You look after our own customer accounts with a focus on mortgages
• You win new customers through targeted acquisition
• You actively contribute to the implementation of our sales plans - with creative ideas and local flair

Requirements

• Completed banking training with higher specialist training in banking
• Several years of experience in customer consulting and management - ideally in the private customer sector
• Sound knowledge of mortgages and financing
• A confident, winning manner and enjoyment of sales
• Organizational talent, initiative and team spirit
• A strong presence in the region on the right bank of Lake Zurich, well networked
