Tasks

• You manage the Riehen office professionally and personally - with vision, empathy and entrepreneurial spirit
• You are the face of Raiffeisenbank in Riehen, actively expanding your network and strengthening our local presence
• You encourage and challenge your team, create a motivating working environment and exemplify our open, family culture
• You provide customers with comprehensive advice on financing, investments and pensions

Requirements

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship and have an appropriate higher professional qualification
• You have already worked in private customer service for several years - ideally in a managerial role and in the area of real estate/financing
• You are an entrepreneurial leader with a winning personality and enjoy expanding the network
• You are characterized by independence, innovative spirit and a strong team orientation
