Tasks
- Promoting synergies between teams and business units
- Contribution to the implementation of the Bank's strategic objectives
- Development and implementation of HR strategies and processes
Requirements
- Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, human resources)
- Experience in human resources, ideally in a bank or financial institution
- Very good communication and leadership skills
- Fluent language skills in German, French and/or English
