Head of Digital Banking & Product Owner for Digital Channels

Tasks

• Derivation of and alignment with self-initiated goals, as well as the roadmap for digital channels
• Defining, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog while taking internal resources into account and further developing them
• Strategic and operational management of Fribourg and other drivers of innovation
• Leading two cross-functional teams with a focus on digital value creation.
• Management of two Cross-TI channels
• Manage your Cross-TI channels:
• Ongoing Market and Technology Analysis and Monitoring
• Preparation of technical and economic decision-making documents—for specific projects and
• The Strategic Development of Digital Channels as Part of the DigiLab Strategy
• Defining, designing, developing, and ensuring the implementation of new as well as
• Taking on a collaborative role in interface development
• Responsibility for customer and market development and a team of five

Requirements

• College degree (from a university or university of applied sciences, or an equivalent degree)
• Several years of experience leading teams and managing digital products, as well as
• Extensive experience in agile work environments and in the financial sector
• Very good knowledge of local bank customers and the market
• A solid understanding of regulatory requirements and data protection.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on patient-centered medicine and the market
• A structured, reliable, and resilient approach to work, even in challenging situations
• Fluent French and very good German language skills (level B2–C1).
