What you bring with you

- You have successfully completed your vocational training in banking and have at least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in the retail banking sector. - You support the following core areas of the financial planning and advisory process for retail clients:

• Financial Planning & Consulting
• Wealth Building & Management
• Retirement and Investment Products
• Financing & Loans

- You are the thoughtful leader who fosters dialogue with customers and employees in day-to-day operations before guiding your team forward. - Your entrepreneurial mindset helps you maintain a broad perspective by consistently pursuing your own employee and customer goals. - A successful career with us is achieved when you—whether working as part of a team with an open and collaborative leadership style or as an independent contributor—consistently meet our customers’ needs at the highest level. - This enables you to be flexible, as our pre- and post-processing work is carried out with personal responsibility and minimal supervision. - You’re ready to work in the Olten (4000) region to support the digital transformation in the market area.
