* You have successfully gained professional and leadership experience in banking while holding a senior position at a bank or financial services provider. * You support the client advisors reporting to you in the private and business client segments. * Your entrepreneurial mindset helps you generate the right momentum by guiding, advising, and developing your team members in their day-to-day work. * You have a strong relationship with our clients because you know what supports them, or are willing to learn how to do so. * You enjoy analyzing processes, their pros and cons, unique characteristics, and impacts. * You see the digital world as already established in the Olten/Altstetten region, follow trends, and are interested in economic development within management.
