Head of Services

The position of Head of Services at Raiffeisenbank Bernhardzell comprises the technical and personnel management of the Services organizational unit, including areas such as regulation, credit management and controlling. Tasks

  • In this key position, you will be responsible for the technical and personnel management of the Services organizational unit.
  • You will have a wide range of responsibilities, including regulation, ALM, credit and risk management, controlling, compliance, accounting, bookkeeping, controlling, organization, ICS, annual financial statements and IT.
  • You will ensure that credit transactions are handled properly, from the granting to the credit application process.
  • You are closely involved with the bank management in the area of compliance and regulations.
  • As a member of bank management, you will work closely with your bank management colleagues to prepare the bank balance sheets and the annual budget.
  • Asset & Liability Management is your area of responsibility and you develop measures and implement them in a targeted manner.
  • You will play an active role in the strategic and business management of the bank and, together with your team, make a significant contribution to the further development of our bank.

Requirements

  • A sound banking education and several years of practical experience in the areas listed, in particular in the lending business and in accounting / controlling.
  • A completed higher education in banking (hf or FH).
  • Experience in the area of compliance and regulations in finance.
  • A structured, precise and independent way of working.
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and a high level of commitment to common goals.
  • Ideally initial management experience.
