Your tasks

• Personal and professional management of a corporate client advisory team
• Supporting your own corporate clients and/or real estate investors
• Acquisition of new corporate clients and real estate investors
• Follow-up sales and cross-selling of investment, pension, and risk management solutions, FX, and leasing
• Ensuring active market development with regard to services for corporate clients and real estate investors, as well as establishing Glarner Kantonalbank in the local market and in the GKB economic area.
• Credit assessment, preparation of financial analysis and ratings, as well as credit processing, credit counseling for corporate customer loans, and occasionally also for private customer loans
• Supporting and coaching the team, maintaining a positive atmosphere of trust and a healthy work culture in which work is enjoyable

Your profile

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship and have continued your education at the university of applied sciences or university level (preferably with a focus on banking, finance, or business administration).
• You understand the economic and political framework conditions, are interested in developments in corporate banking, and regularly educate yourself on relevant topics.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in the area of corporate clients and real estate investors.
• You have understood the changes in the FK business (especially Basel III Final) and implemented them in customer service.
• You work very well in a team and lead by example. Your service mentality is outstanding and you think entrepreneurially.
• You define specific goals, check their achievement, recognize deviations from goals at an early stage, and intervene accordingly. You take a focused approach, think and act with clear priorities.
• You possess excellent self-reflection and introductory skills.
