Head of Partner Analysis (m/f)

Job description

Your tasks:

• Management and organization of the team of two employees and internal projects
• Responsibility for setting up, developing and maintaining the Reporting Center for bitubi
• Responsibility for the creation, analysis and tracking of business cases within the bitubi division
• Responsibility for developing the pricing of new business cases and identifying the commercial optimization potential of existing business models
• Technical responsibility for the drafting and standardization of partner contracts

Your profile:

• Higher professional education (e.g. degree HF, FH or university) with specialization in banking/finance or controlling
• 2-5 years of experience with performance methods
• Management experience an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the mortgage business and/or controlling
• Good familiarity with banking processes, ideally especially in the mortgage business
• Analytical, networked and critical thinking skills as well as the ability to derive recommendations for action
• Affinity for the creation, digitalization and optimization of processes
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
