- Professional and personal leadership, coaching and further development of employees
- Proactive market development and strategic further development of the Private Clients Individual segment. De-motivation and personal responsibility
- Comprehensive, needs-based advice for customers in the areas of financing, pensions, investments, protection and retirement
- Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support of the customer portfolio
- Developing needs-based solutions that take into account the individual needs, wishes, goals and life situations of customers
- Collaboration in target group-oriented market development measures
Requirements
- Banking training and further training in banking and finance at higher technical college or university level
- Sound knowledge in the areas of financing, investments and pensions with many years of experience in finance
- Experience in team leadership
- Open, communicative and uncomplicated interaction with customers
