Head of Security, Full-Time (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Management and supervision of 9 security staff members at three locations
• Responsibility for operational planning related to alarm management and the operation of security systems
• Ensuring building safety, as well as the operation and further development of security systems
• Planning and Implementation of Event Security
• Intervention and first-aid measures in the event of incidents, as well as responsibility for developing customized safety and response plans
• Conducting risk analyses and implementing appropriate countermeasures for individuals, buildings, and assets
• Development of policies and guidelines, as well as their consistent implementation
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the police, the fire department, and emergency response teams

Requirements

• Experience in managing employees
• Several years of professional experience in corporate security, security services, or a comparable field
• In-depth knowledge of alarm management, the operation of alarm control centers, and building security
• Practical experience in event security, personal protection, security management, and emergency management
• Recognized training in the field of security or a comparable qualification
• Fluency in spoken and written German
• Knowledge of English is a plus
