Head of Training & Operations - Customer Service (f/m/d) 80-100%Tasks
The Customer Service Center actively supports Switzerland, Raiffeisen banks, and group companies by relieving them of service and incoming mail processing and administrative tasks.Requirements
- Completed degree (BSc, FH, HF) or comparable further education, ideally with a specialization in economics or business administration
- At least 5 years of experience in training and/or operations, ideally in a comparable environment
- Experience in designing and implementing training concepts and further developing operational processes
- Very good knowledge of German, French or Italian would be an advantage
What are you bringing with you?
- Completed degree (BSc, FH, HF) or comparable further education, ideally with a specialization in economics or business administration
- At least 3 years of experience as an application trainer in the banking sector
- Experience in designing and conducting training courses is a clear advantage.
- Enjoyment of employee development and coaching
- Very good knowledge of German, French or Italian would be an advantage
