Head of Training & Operations - Customer Service (f/m/d) 80-100%

Tasks

The Customer Service Center actively supports Switzerland, Raiffeisen banks, and group companies by relieving them of service and incoming mail processing and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Completed degree (BSc, FH, HF) or comparable further education, ideally with a specialization in economics or business administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in training and/or operations, ideally in a comparable environment
  • Experience in designing and implementing training concepts and further developing operational processes
  • Very good knowledge of German, French or Italian would be an advantage

What are you bringing with you?

  • Completed degree (BSc, FH, HF) or comparable further education, ideally with a specialization in economics or business administration
  • At least 3 years of experience as an application trainer in the banking sector
  • Experience in designing and conducting training courses is a clear advantage.
  • Enjoyment of employee development and coaching
  • Very good knowledge of German, French or Italian would be an advantage
