Tasks

• As a member of the bank management, you are jointly responsible for the strategic, entrepreneurial and business management of the bank and thus contribute to the successful further development of our bank.
• You are responsible for the professional and personal management of the Heads of Wealth Advisory and Personal Advisory, who offer a wide range of services taking into account the individual needs of our clients. Together with the team leader, you cover the objectives and performance requirements of our clients.
• Together with your team leader, you tend to implement the strategic guidelines of the Board of Directors.
• As an entrepreneurial leader, you recognize potential and opportunities and develop ideas - also together with your team leader - to ensure the bank's existing market and growth strategy.

Requirements

• You have a higher education in banking or business administration with appropriate further training in the areas of investments, pensions and hedging.
• You are an entrepreneurial personality with several years of management experience in the banking sector and are characterized by a professional appearance and your consulting skills.
