Tasks
- Head of Asset Management
- Implementation of strategic goals including responsibility for results
- Proactive market development of your own existing customer base and targeted acquisition of new customers
- Creating client-oriented solution proposals across the entire range of advisory services; offering advice and services with the involvement of the bank's internal specialists (financial and pension planning, estate planning, etc.)
- Collaboration in market development measures; we take part in contact campaigns, events and representative tasks
Requirements
- Further training in leadership and/or management
- Open to change
- Experience in the successful design and implementation of transformation processes
- Several years of management experience combined with a high level of assertiveness and strategic thinking skills
- Independent, reliable and goal-oriented way of working as well as strong cost and sales-oriented thinking
