Raiffeisenbank Olten is looking for a Head of Investment Advisory (m/f/d) who will take on responsibility as a leader, manage a team and implement strategic goals. The new employee will be responsible for managing their own client base, acquiring new clients and developing client-oriented solutions.

Tasks
- Implementation of strategic goals incl. responsibility for results
- Proactive market development of your own existing customer base and targeted acquisition of new customers
- Creating client-oriented solution proposals across the entire range of products and services with the involvement of the bank's internal specialists (financial and pension planning, estate planning, etc.)
- Collaboration in market development measures such as campaigns, events and representative tasks
Requirements
- Further training in leadership and/or management
- Open to change
- Experience in the successful design and implementation of transformation processes
- Several years of management experience combined with a high level of assertiveness and strategic thinking
- Independent, reliable and goal-oriented way of working as well as strong customer and sales-oriented thinking
