Head of Sales and Member of the Bank Management f/m

Raiffeisenbank Allschwil-Schninbach is looking for a Head of Sales and Member of the Bank Management (f/m) to manage the sales areas in the private and corporate client business and to further develop client advisory services. The position also includes the strategic management of the bank and public representation.

Job description

We are looking for a service-oriented and committed person to join our team as Head of Sales and Member of Bank Management (f/m) with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Tasks

  • Professional, disciplined and results-oriented management of the sales areas in private and corporate client business
  • Overall responsibility for the further development of customer advice and loyalty (digital) and in person
  • Implementation of a sustainable sales and corporate culture including the associated defined, implementation and monitoring of the sales strategy and annual planning, including regular reporting to the Board of Directors and bank management
  • Development and management of effective campaigns, events and marketing work
  • Sharing responsibility as a member of the bank management for the strategic, entrepreneurial and business management of the bank. You represent the bank in public and maintain your local network
  • Supporting the Chairman of the Bank Management in the implementation of an appropriate management and corporate culture

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or higher education in banking (HWV, FH)
  • Several years of experience in the banking business (especially sales)
  • Several years of management experience (preferably across several levels)
  • Distinctive personality in a comparable function
