Zuger Kantonalbank is looking for a Head of Training & Development to develop and implement strategic initiatives in the area of Learning & Development and to design and take responsibility for management trainee and junior management programs. Your tasks
- You will further develop and implement our strategic initiatives in the area of Learning & Development.
- You design and are responsible for the management trainee and junior management programs as well as the self-learning program for the entire bank.
- You are committed to the continuous promotion of young talent - from apprentices and interns to junior managers and specialist managers.
- You will implement future-oriented HR projects and ensure that we get the annual management and junior management developments on the right track.
- You support our line managers in training and development processes with appreciation and empathy.
- You are responsible for planning and budgeting in the Learning & Development department.
Our requirements
- You have a higher education (university, college or comparable) in economics, law or a related field - ideally with a focus on organization/organizational development.
- You are an organizational talent - ideally you have experience in HR business consulting, personnel development, change management or a similar position.
- You have experience in change management and in communicating cultural change processes.
- Knowledge of the banking business is an advantage.
- Your conceptual thinking is convincing; you understand how to penetrate complex contexts in an analytical, structured and at the same time agile way - with a strong entrepreneurial and customer-oriented view.
- You are a communicative, empathetic and solution-oriented person with strong teamwork and cooperation skills.
