Head of Training & Development

The position of Head of Training & Development at Zuger Kantonalbank involves the strategic development and implementation of learning and development initiatives as well as the management of HR development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, particularly in personnel development, and be characterized by conceptual thinking and entrepreneurial competence.

Your tasks

  • You further develop our strategic initiatives in the area of Learning & Development and implement them as part of a team
  • You design and are responsible for the management trainee and junior management and self-learning program for the entire bank
  • You are committed to the continuous promotion of young talent - from apprentices and interns to junior managers - and develop specialist coaching in a targeted manner
  • You successfully implement future-oriented HR projects and play an active role in shaping future personnel development
  • You support our line managers with the content and process of training and development programs
  • Responsibility for planning and budgeting in the area of Learning & Development is assumed by

Our requirements

  • You have a higher education (university, college or comparable) in economics, education or a related field - ideally with a focus on organizational development
  • You have experience in HR, ideally in personnel development, as a personnel manager or project manager
  • You have experience in change management and in communicating strategic change processes
  • You have convincing conceptual thinking and experience in personnel and organizational development
  • You are an innovative, creative and structured personality with a strong entrepreneurial and analytical mindset
  • You have very good language skills in German (at least BSK 3) and English
  • You are an open, communicative and empathetic personality with a keen interest in learning & development
