Zuger Kantonalbank is looking for a Head of Training & Development who will implement strategic initiatives in the area of learning & development and promote young talent. The position includes the conception and responsibility of management trainee and junior management programs as well as the support of line managers in training and development programs.

Your tasks

  • You will further develop and implement our strategic initiatives in the area of Learning & Development.
  • You design and are responsible for the management trainee and junior management programs as well as the in-service self-learning offering for the entire bank.
  • You are committed to the close promotion of young talent - from apprentices and interns to junior managers - and further develop the specialist coaching program.
  • You implement future-oriented HR projects and follow up on successfully implemented and practiced junior management and development programs.
  • You support our line managers in training and development programs with methods and tools.
  • You are responsible for planning and budgeting in the area of Learning & Development.

Our requirements

  • You have a higher education (university, college or comparable) in economics, business administration or a related field - ideally with a focus on organization/personnel development.
  • You have experience in training/development or work in HR with personnel development, basic training or project management with experience in change management as well as organizational and cultural development.
  • You have a strong conceptual mindset and can solve complex issues in an analytical, structured and agile way - with a strong entrepreneurial and sustainable mindset.
  • You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility, a high degree of flexibility and excellent communication skills.
