Your tasks

• within the competence center for basic services, handle customer advice and concerns/reservations and ensure proactive foresight
• Contact person for all basic services of the bank, including product management, sales management and business analysis
• Management, promotion and further development of a department of 12 employees from Change and Berne, proactive planning and implementation of projects and assignments to realize strategic goals
• Interface management Coordination and management of all relevant internal/external partners (e.g. sales partners, outsourcing partners, service providers) Fin Tech, IT, Compliance etc.).

Our requirements

• University or university of applied sciences degree (economics, business administration)
• Experience in customer consulting/reservations; project management experience
• Sound knowledge of the banking business in the area of banking compliance as well as regulatory know-how and experience required
• High degree of customer and market orientation, innovative spirit and affinity for digitalization
• Strong communicator, assertive and team-oriented
• Strong analytical skills, experience with key figures and business cases
