Head of Basic Services 80 -100% effective immediately

Your tasks

• process and manage customer relationships and concerns/reservations within the competence center for basic services
• Contact person for all basic services of the bank, including product management, sales management and business analysis
• Management, promotion and further development of a department of 12 employees from change and process requirements
• Prioritization, planning and implementation of projects and orders to achieve the strategic goals
• Interface management: coordination and management of all process-relevant units (including private banking, compliance, risk management, marketing and external partners (e.g. insurance carriers), outsourcing service providers, FinTech, etc.)
• Sporadic ownership of projects in your own area of responsibility

Our requirements

• University or university of applied sciences degree (economics, business administration)
• Previous relevant professional experience in the banking industry
• Sound knowledge of the banking business, banking law and regulatory know-how and understanding
• High degree of customer and market orientation, innovative spirit and digitalization
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and team orientation
• Strong analytical skills, experience with KPIs and business cases
