Your tasks

• Ensure and continuously improve/optimize within the competence center for basic services, customer relations and concerns/processing
• Contact person for all basic services of the bank, including supervision in product management, sales management and business analysis
• Management, promotion and further development of a department of 12 employees from Change and the business application
• Prioritization, planning and implementation of projects and orders to achieve the strategic goals
• Interface management: coordination and management of all higher-level units (e.g. compliance, risk management, IT, marketing/sales, external partners e.g. consulting firms, outsourcing service providers, FinTech, regulatory bodies)
• Visible ownership of projects in your own area of responsibility

Our requirements

• University or university of applied sciences degree (economics, business administration)
• At least 5 years of experience in a banking environment, ideally in the area of basic services/customer services/operations
• Sound knowledge of the banking business, probation and investment law as well as regulatory know-how and awareness
• High degree of customer and market orientation, innovative spirit and talent for digitalization
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and team orientation
• Strong analytical skills, experience with KPIs and business cases
