Head of Basic Operations 80–100% starting immediately

Your tasks

• Responsibility for smooth processing and quality assurance in the areas of account management,
• Card business, payment transactions, SEPA, credit cards, banking, digital onboarding, EBICS, eBill, and more
• Management, support, and development of a team of approximately 10 people responsible for the goal-oriented and process-oriented implementation of technical requirements, as well as the design and further development of operational processes.
• is responsible for
• Central specialist responsibility within the Basic Operations Competence Center for all billing processes
• Strong focus on the automation and digitization of end-to-end processes due to customer and market requirements
• Analysis of existing processes and identification of potential for improvement, particularly with regard to efficiency, effectiveness, and the use of digital tools and systems

Our requirements

• Higher education in technical or business administration (university of applied sciences, teacher training college, university)
• Understanding of IT processes and cross-system analytical thinking (financial knowledge is an advantage)
• In-depth knowledge of banking (legal and regulatory requirements) and very good German
• High level of customer and employee focus, enthusiasm for innovation and digitalization
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team orientation
